Typical project and detail of our services

Despite no project is identical to others, this is a good example of our work plans in each company and/or Investment Promotion Agency, including in this case training modules under MIGA guidelines.

• Database diagnostics, consolidation and migration. This process includes elimination of user duplicates if existent.
• Un-installation of previous versions, installation of new software versions if acquired.
• Database and screen design per customer requirements. MIGA has already these for IPAs.
• Document, e-mail and report template design.
• Configuration per MIGA standards and particular definitions of the customer, including work in a network, set up to use MS Word and Outlook and synchronization.
• Configuration for synchronization with PDAs, if requested.
• Administrative training and coaching to 1 or 2 technicians or IT personnel in the company, entity or IPA/IPI, to keep the system running well.
• User training in 3-level sessions. These would be given as a presentation. It is recommended, however, for the customer to rent or set up a PC-equipped classroom with 1 or 2 users per computer. This way, each trainee can have "hands-on" training.
• "Coaching" sessions using real cases to guide executives using the tools for marketing/sales and investment promotion, either in small groups or individually.

This work plan is achieved by our team of an IT technician and a FDI/Marketing expert working in parallel.
